The food was also a highlight: the mussels were superbly prepared, fresh, and bursting with flavor. A local dark beer was the perfect complement – ​​it couldn't have been a better pairing. Noirmoutier in winter... We received a warm welcome for mussels and fries with a view of the Loire-Atlantique coast. The (Breton) Roquefort mussels were delicious, the fries were excellent, and the Mélusine amber beer was a perfect accompaniment to this fine meal. The service was friendly and attentive.
