While visiting Noirmoutier on Thursday, August 13th, we stopped at the Brasserie Le Saint Michel. I ordered a goat cheese and cured ham salad: it was generously filled and delicious. The service was very pleasant.

21/08/2026: While waiting for our bus, we settled into the café. The ice cream was good, both ice cream and sorbet. It said the pastries were homemade 😍 However, it was expensive.
18/08/2026: I never tire of going in; it's become my go-to spot, and I'm proud to share the place, the team, the atmosphere, the comfort, the tranquility, the quality of the pastries, the summer drinks, the lemon or grapefruit frappé with homemade Jano—what a treat! And in winter, the cappuccino with its homemade whipped cream—a must-try, I highly recommend it. See you soon! 👌👌👌👌
