The welcome, service, and cuisine were absolutely perfect. The air-conditioned dining room was a welcome touch. A delightful discovery.

We came to this crêperie to eat crêpes. That was asking too much. After we looked at the menu, the manager told us there were only two crêpe makers and that there would therefore be a 40-minute wait if we ordered crêpes—unbelievable for a crêperie! She explained the menu to us, specifying that we could change any ingredients we didn't like, but when one of us said he didn't want the zucchini flan, she replied that it wasn't possible because "it will upset the chef." One of us ordered a crêpe anyway, and the manager made him feel guilty: "You're going to make everyone wait 40 minutes." There was no way to get the other dishes before the crêpe was ready. The food was good, but we had to go home and make crêpes ourselves.

Editorial Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic time at La Crêpe au Sud. We were very satisfied with our meal; everything was delicious and well-prepared. A big thank you also to the lady who served us: very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and offered excellent advice. She knows her menu perfectly and truly knows how to make her customers feel welcome. A restaurant we recommend without hesitation, and where we will gladly return! 😊

A lovely little restaurant, and the galettes, crêpes, and cider were delicious and a welcome change from our usual culinary offerings. The service was also very friendly. We would definitely come back.

A very warm welcome. The dishes were explained in detail and with kindness. The food was delicious, well-cooked, and beautifully presented. We'll definitely be back for the crepes, which looked absolutely scrumptious!! 😍

We had a wonderful family meal yesterday. Our youngest received excellent advice and loved his dish. The welcome was very warm, and the service was excellent. Everyone at the table loved their meal. Top-notch!

Hôtel restaurant La Picholine

17/09/2026: La Picholine is first and foremost about the absolutely magnificent mountain views and the swimming pool surrounded by olive trees. It also offers a wonderful welcome, a lovely breakfast buffet, and sometimes the option to eat in. Otherwise, it's a 10-minute walk to the center of Nyons, where a plethora of excellent restaurants offer a variety of menus. The hotel also has a bar where you can enjoy a glass of Muscat de Venise or a local craft beer all day long. In short, an excellent stay.
14/09/2026: We absolutely loved room number 10! A clean, bright, and pleasant room, with a lovely loggia that adds a real touch of class. A space where you immediately feel at ease and where it's a pleasure to take a moment to relax. The hotel is ideally located for exploring the many tourist attractions in the surrounding area, while also fully enjoying the beautiful town of Nyons and its charm. Breakfast is also a real treat: generous, varied, and prepared with care. The perfect way to start the day! But beyond the room and the amenities, it was the welcome that truly touched us. Warm, kind, and genuine, with that attention to detail that makes all the difference. Thank you for helping to make this stay so enjoyable and for creating such a wonderful atmosphere of friendliness and kindness. We leave with wonderful memories… and above all, the desire to return!
