We had lunch there on a beautiful sunny Sunday, thoroughly enjoying the lovely terrace overlooking the Bassin de la Villette, a major draw of this restaurant. The service, while warm and pleasant, was rather slow. The food was average: the sea bream ceviche was poor; it was essentially pieces of raw fish in an industrial vinaigrette. The tuna steak did the job, but nothing extraordinary. In short, the terrace was exceptional, but the food was very average.

Hello, We had a wonderful experience at this seafood restaurant with a canal view. The meal was refined and excellent value for money. The table service was very pleasant, thanks in particular to Frédéric's kindness and helpfulness; he was very friendly. The atmosphere was also very convivial. The mussels with Roquefort were incredible, absolutely nothing to complain about! The service was super fast and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Excellent welcome and service. Magnificent setting. However, the food has major problems: the mussels in cream sauce are tasteless, and many have broken shells that shouldn't be served. The calamari alla romana is simply inedible, undercooked and flavorless; it's just reconstituted rings, which a restaurant claiming to specialize in seafood shouldn't serve. Having been a customer of this establishment for many years, the disappointment is so great that we don't plan to return.

Well located by the water, but you have to choose between arriving early and waiting (quite a while) to be seated, or waiting for the second seating, and then there's no all-you-can-eat mussels, no white wine, and perhaps not half the menu either. A bit frustrating, but the service is good and the terrace is very pleasant in good weather.

Never disappointed! Beautiful setting, good food, great atmosphere! The staff is attentive and very friendly, a thousand apologies for making you sing hbd 🙏 And if by chance you're served by the very friendly Arthur, then your evening will be perfect. I'll be happy to return ☺️

13/04/2026: Excellent all-you-can-eat mussels restaurant! No frills, good service, great atmosphere. Very reasonable bill.
11/04/2026: We arrived an hour before closing, half of the tables were free. As soon as we entered, the first thing the waiter did was look at his watch. Despite the fact that there were plenty of free tables near the windows where we wanted to sit, they refused to seat us there. Well, in vain, we just went to the neighbors, unfortunately the food was not worth it, and the service is not good.

14/04/2026: Really nice food experience. Very fresh seafood and oysters, interesting tastes, good wine. Staff very friendly and polite! No reservations but you can enjoy amazing wine in Septime across the street while waiting! Totally worth the visit!
11/04/2026: My last meal in Paris and it was fantastic! Clamato is a seafood tapas restaurant by Septime and they serve creative seafood and vegetable dishes with a variety of fusion ingredients. The seafood is so fresh and each dish was full of delicious flavors. I loved all the dishes that we tried, with my favorites being the oysters, cockles with crispy potatoes, and sea bream tiradito with kiwi sauce! What we ordered: Cockles, Chipotle Butter, Crispy Potatoes €16 - very tasty and flavorful, the crispy potatoes add a great crunchy touch. Amande Clam from Mont Saint Michel x6 €10, Special Oyster from Isigny x6 €24, and Palourde Clam from Camargue x6 €16 - very fresh, after having both, I prefer oysters over clams. Sea Bream Tiradito with Kiwi sauce €17 - I don't think I've had kiwi sauce before, but they made it work! A standout dish. White Asparagus, Creamy Savagnin sauce, and Haddock €22 - I liked the creamy sauce, but this was my least favorite dish, probably because I don't like asparagus too much. Blufin Tuna, Turnip, & Chili Oil €21 - another interesting fusion dish, I enjoyed it! They're a Michelin bib gourmand meaning they offer good value for money. After finishing the meal, I certainly agree! No reservations, so it's first come first serve. We arrived at 1pm and only had to wait a short while before being seated. The rustic and casual ambience made for an excellent last dining experience, Clamato was definitely one of my favorite meals. Seafood lovers, you must try this spot when in Paris!
