Visiting Bidart once or twice a year, this was our first time discovering the restaurant Le Cucaracha. After being approached by the manager (thinking it was closed), we went in despite it being open and thoroughly enjoyed the à la carte menu. It was sublime, especially the dessert made with apple, walnuts, caramelized fruit, whipped cream, and sheep's milk curd: simply the best! Thank you, we'll be back.

Good ribeye steak, but a bit pricey at €68 for two! The setting is very nice, and the waiter too, but don't be in too much of a hurry... I recommend it!

We arrived late, and the owner offered us a table at a corner because there was a birthday party, which was a real treat. The service was excellent despite the crowd, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic.
