Excellent traditional cuisine at a low price. Many homemade dishes. I can't wait to try the homemade smoked salmon and foie gras, which you can apparently buy by the kilo. Be warned, it's a small room with fewer than 30 seats and directly overlooking Redon's busy main street. This might not be to your liking, but I recommend this place, run by a discreet but passionate couple.

02/04/2026: Passing through Redon, we found a superb little brasserie. The welcome was excellent. The service was quick, the homemade food perfect, and the prices competitive 😃. We highly recommend it.
