Cuisine raffinée « fait maison ». Plats et mets de qualité. Sauce bien adaptée et tout à fait délicieuse. Peu de plats mais tous bien réussis Lieux un peu protégé de la foule de Saint Rémy Service bienveillant

Our hotel recommended this restaurant in St Rémy to us and we were not disappointed! Everything is homemade (except a few small things which are mentioned on the menu so 100% transparency on the part of the restaurateur) Delicious dishes, very pleasant setting, really perfect!

Discreet but warm welcome in this little corner of paradise. Appetizing menu, very nice wines. Careful dressing and quality products. 3rd experience at Cuisine des Anges and we continue to highly recommend it.

Excellent restaurant discovered in a small street in the city center. Excellent dish with quality local products. We took as a starter, Salmon Gravlax with pink berries, black pepper & dill And A tuna ceviche with citrus juice, carrots & spring onions. Then, Large fresh ravioli stuffed with ricotta and white truffle, truffle sauce, sheep's cheese with summer truffle, parmesan. And A poached John Dory fillet, saffron sauce, Camargue red rice, seasonal vegetables. And for dessert, A panna cotta & raspberries from the market, raspberry puree Everything was perfect and of excellent quality.

Exceptional dining experience with exquisite food. The special pork shoulder was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The wine selection was equally impressive.

29/08/2024: What a great and delicious experience! We first visited Xavier at Xa in 1990, then again in 1994 on our honeymoon. We were already fascinated by this beautiful restaurant with a retro look, the personal welcome from Xavier and the cooking skills of his wife Martine. Over 30 years later we visited the Xa again on the occasion of our 30th wedding anniversary on a trip to Provence. Unfortunately we learned that Xavier had passed away. However, the restaurant has remained unchanged and Martine is still conjuring up her very tasty menus in the kitchen! We were warmly welcomed and served by Melanie, Xavier and Martine's daughter. A wonderful, unforgettable evening, with excellent food and wine, in the middle of St-Rémy, with many memories. Merci Martine and Melanie, we'll be back!
30/07/2024: Un mot ? DÉLICIEUX ! C’est une cuisine de grand talent tout simplement délicieux ! Un accueil simple et vraiment sympathique, pas de gentillesse étudiée non ! De la sincérité ! De l’accueil à l’assiette on est dans un endroit d’exception. Allez y !
