If you are looking for a restaurant in the upper part of Provins, I recommend this address. The service is very welcoming, the dishes well prepared and generous with good value for money. An establishment which deserves to be known and which seems authentic in comparison to those located on Place du Châtel, which seem more “touristy”

I went there for lunch one afternoon. The manager received me very well and was helpful throughout the meal. The dish of the day, pork ribs with fries and salad, was excellent. Plus, the quantities were copious, almost too much for my appetite.
