A truly wonderful experience at La Dame d’Aquitaine! The setting is exceptional, with the dining room located in a crypt, which adds a touch of charm to the meal. We also thoroughly enjoyed the cuisine: local specialties revisited with a modern, gourmet twist. The dishes were excellent and beautifully presented. A wonderful discovery that we highly recommend!

We had lunch at Jardin de la Dame on a very hot day. The tap water was lukewarm (no ice cubes were offered) and had a slightly unpleasant chlorine taste. 17 euros for a beef tartare of barely 100g (I'd say more like 80g by sight) with a tomato cut into 6 pieces and 4 mixed green leaves – that's a bit pricey for such a small piece of meat. There were no starches except for the bread basket... The salmon poke-style salad contained more lentils than the other ingredients and a measly 5 pieces of gravlax salmon – good, but insufficient! The waiter was very/too fast, not giving us time to look at the menu or even take a leisurely meal! We'd barely arrived when they came to ask what we wanted, even though we'd barely opened the menus, and as soon as we finished our plates, they pounced on us for the next course... it gave the impression that they wanted to rush us! One small positive note, though: The ice cream sundae was surprisingly flavorful, and the misting system was a nice touch. The setting is lovely, set back from the road and the crowds.

Very nice lunch with tasty tomata burrata, tartare du boeuf and burgundy snails. Artisanal drinks were very nice as well. Pricing very correct

Huge disappointment… dinner for our wedding anniversary, having informed us in advance about a food intolerance… and what do they bring me as soon as I start? This food I can't tolerate! A complete lack of consideration and willingness to adapt. No apology, not even an alternative suggestion… not what you'd expect from a gourmet restaurant!

We had a very, very good meal. The service, however, could be improved; we were still receiving our aperitifs at the table when we ordered from the menu. This was more than made up for by the other (younger) waiter. It's also a shame that not everyone could have cushions on their chairs.

We had lunch on the terrace at Bistrot des Dames. The atmosphere was very pleasant and peaceful. The fresh, flavorful food was delicious. The only downside was that the portions were a bit small for someone with a good appetite.
