If you want to enjoy a glass of wine in Arras, this is the place to go. It's the wine equivalent of Chez Marcel (beers). A warm welcome, knowledgeable staff, and the food is excellent.

Passing through the region and being wine lovers, we decided to stop by. A warm and welcoming reception, a cozy and intimate atmosphere. I appreciated the music and the peaceful ambiance, perfect for conversation without shouting. A lovely wine list by the glass that clearly changes frequently, and what can I say about the food! Generous and refined. Thank you to the whole team, we will be back.

We participated in a wine tasting workshop with Bertrand, a truly relaxing experience! We learned a lot about wine and its subtleties in a fun and friendly atmosphere. We even finished with a few essential purchases for our wine cellar. We'll definitely be back very soon!

La Dame Jeanne has truly nailed it. From the staff's friendliness and the quality of the products (wine as well as the savory and sweet dishes), to the beautiful decor, comfortable seating, and the ambiance of the lighting and music, everything is perfect.
It's a place I love to visit, whether alone, as a couple, or with friends.
I know even before I go that I'll leave completely charmed.
