I had the pleasure of discovering a truly exceptional restaurant, renowned for both the excellence of its cuisine and the warm welcome and professionalism of its staff, who are always attentive to customer satisfaction. The establishment is immaculate, well-maintained, and exceptionally pleasant. As for the food, it was a real treat, both delicious and generous. A wonderful experience that I wholeheartedly recommend. I look forward to returning!

We had a wonderful time; for my partner's birthday, there was a special touch with the dessert: candles. We appreciated the discretion, the impeccable service, and the excellent cuisine. We will definitely be back.

The food is very good and well presented. There are several dining areas. It's worth noting that it can be quite noisy.

We booked a table for my wife's birthday; there were eight of us. The meal was magnificent, truly delicious, and the service was impeccable. We have absolutely no complaints; it was absolutely delightful. We will gladly return. The price was reasonable considering the quality of the service.

12/09/2026: Le Dame Jeanne has become one of my best ways to convince friends to spend weekends in Arras. Beyond the wines, you have to check out the food. It's fresh, perfectly seasoned—a real treat. Every visit is a hit with everyone.
