We came for dinner on a Monday evening on a friend's recommendation; the restaurant was packed!
The cuisine was simple, elegant, and comforting. Truly delicious, and beautifully presented. You could tell the chef had spent time crafting and preparing each dish. Everything was excellent (amuse-bouche, starter, and main course), although the dessert wasn't quite to our taste.
I was very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant and would definitely recommend it to friends.
If we had one suggestion, the dining room could use warmer lighting. Also, the napkins could be updated, as their size, color, and texture are rather unusual.

Finally, a restaurant where you get your money's worth! From the welcome, the waitress, to the chef, everything was top-notch. A must-visit in Tours. Highly recommended.

A truly fantastic culinary experience in Tours! We had the three-course menu and were quite satisfied afterwards – I found the portions absolutely ample. We booked a day in advance, and unfortunately, we had to turn away several walk-in guests that evening, so reservations are definitely recommended. I find it quite remarkable that a restaurant of this category, with so many tables, can be completely booked out on a weekday.

A wonderful discovery! A truly lovely restaurant, with high-quality dishes, beautifully presented and, above all, delicious.
The service was also top-notch! We even had the opportunity to be served by the chef, which was a very nice touch. The waitresses were smiling, pleasant, and attentive throughout the meal.
The atmosphere is very pleasant and welcoming. A fantastic experience from start to finish; I highly recommend it!

We tried this restaurant on the recommendation of friends. It was a fantastic discovery. The cuisine was exquisite, beautifully presented, a real treat. Elisabeth gave us a very warm welcome. The restaurant is quiet and inviting. Everything was perfect; we highly recommend it and will gladly return.
