I chose to have dinner here for my birthday, and I'm so glad I did! The food was delicious, the service was very friendly, and the staff even noticed it was my birthday: they kindly placed a small candle on the dessert, a gesture that deeply touched me. Thank you for this experience and for your thoughtfulness, which made my evening truly special.

The food was excellent, very refined!
The only downside was the poor reception given to a foreign family with two children. When the children refused to eat, the waitress told them that it wasn't done in France, that they were taking up four seats instead of two, and asked the family to eat at a single table outside! All this just so they could finally seat two people inside.

We had lunch at this restaurant in the center of Tours, which had been recommended to us by a friend, and we were delighted by the quality of the food, even the set lunch menu (which offers two choices for each course: starter, main, and dessert). We discovered a house aperitif made with white port and tonic: a real treat! Everything was perfect (a good balance of flavors, beautiful presentation). The service was discreet and efficient. There was a lovely atmosphere in the dining room. The chef came to chat with us. We highly recommend this establishment.

We opted for the tasting menu, which completely delighted us with its originality, its exceptionally successful flavor combinations, and its exquisite taste and presentation.
All this in a very attractive setting with excellent service—friendly without being stuffy.
Everything we love! A must-try to enjoy a five-course menu at a very reasonable price.

Lunch with a friend in a typical setting in old Tours. The welcome was pleasant. The house cocktail was excellent, the beef tartare was very well seasoned, and the tiramisu left me with a wonderful memory of the meal. €25 for a main course and dessert.
I highly recommend it.

La deuvaliere provided a memorable dining experience for my tour group from New Zealand . Elizabeth was brilliant to communicate with and on the night dealt with two large groups effortlessly.
The food was creative and delicious

Private dining room for a company meal (40 covers). Excellent meal, nothing but praise for the quality of the dishes served, perfectly reasonable dining time, a resounding success. Good communication before and after the event to ensure everything was in order; I highly recommend it.

A wonderful discovery. Just steps from Place Plumereau.
Even for the lunch menu, the dishes are high quality, with a touch of originality and beautiful presentation. Excellent value for money.
