Nice restaurant, friendly waiters, no fuss, good food, excellent, I recommend it

We had lunch with friends on January 31st. We received a very warm welcome. The meal was served with great professionalism and kindness. All the Alsatian specialties were enjoyed. We felt very comfortable at La Diligence. Thank you to the entire team. It's a very safe restaurant.

A small restaurant serving 100% Alsatian homemade cuisine in enormous portions. The flavors were fantastic. We appreciated the service and the thoughtful touches for our 2-year-old, who didn't have to wait to eat. A bonus: very reasonable prices, even during the Christmas season when it's extremely busy. Well done!

We received a very warm welcome from three very friendly young waitresses, especially since we had a stroller with a baby. The tarte flambée and the ham hocks were very good.

The staff is very friendly and smiling. Unfortunately, the sauerkraut is served with mustard in a small packet, like at McDonald's, and with slices of white bread. The baeckeoffe is served with a very small salad whose dressing leaves much to be desired. We were seated in the basement room, which unfortunately lacked atmosphere and had a very strong musty smell. The upstairs room seemed nicer, but it was full.

A pleasant restaurant in the heart of Riquewihr, with parking outside the historic center, serving good local cuisine. Impeccable service. Excellent value for money.

The main courses were just okay. However, the desserts are best avoided: the ice cream was served melted, and the blueberry tart was so bad you had to search for the fruit. We mentioned this when paying, but the establishment offered no compensation.

After reading some older reviews, I was a little apprehensive before coming, but the manager explained that the management and a good part of the team had changed. And it shows immediately: the welcome is excellent, the service is attentive, the place is very clean, and the food is truly delicious. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and that hygiene is taken very seriously. That reassured me right away. The owner also explained that some negative reviews sometimes stem from errors or confusion with neighboring establishments. In any case, everything was perfect during my visit, and I highly recommend this restaurant. Don't hesitate to come and see for yourself: you'll be pleasantly surprised!

The place wasn't too bad, and the waiters were friendly. The food was pretty good (tarte flambée, gratin). Perhaps there was a little too much salad on the tarte flambée, and two hairs were found in the food (at least that proves it's made there).
