28/06/2025: Excellent gourmet restaurant. Beautiful dining room and a welcoming, highly professional team. Dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. Very good wines as well. Well-behaved small dogs are welcome. We recently returned, and it's still excellent. Truly delicious cuisine. We were even served amuse-bouches even though we didn't order an aperitif. Classy! Without a doubt, the best restaurant in Tours for me today.
