And a special mention for the sausage—in my opinion, the best in Montélimar—featuring genuine Ardèche specialties that are simple, authentic, and delicious. Simply brilliant, the concept of an open stage on Tuesday evenings is fantastic. It's an opportunity to share a musical moment with musicians, sometimes just passing through!
