There's a wonderful atmosphere in the kitchen, which is reflected in the food… everything is in perfect harmony. The front-of-house team is dynamic, pleasant, attentive, and adaptable to each guest. It's a place where the food sweeps you away. A simple recipe is transformed into a dish of exceptional taste.

We had already been once a long time ago, and we came back. However, I don't think we'll be making a third visit. Not that the food wasn't good—on the contrary, it was very good—but the portions were clearly too small. A pork belly with four tiny pieces of meat and a tablespoon of mashed potatoes is simply not enough. We were disappointed by the portion sizes, and I must admit that we weren't as full as we should have been, considering the price we paid.

A wonderful experience. We will definitely be back! The tasting menu allowed us to discover new flavors that we wouldn't have chosen otherwise. I highly recommend it.

As for the food, it's an excellent discovery. The dishes are expertly crafted, beautifully presented, and above all, bursting with flavor. You can taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients, with sometimes original combinations that offer a refreshing change from what you usually find in restaurants in the area. The menu changes with the seasons, which really makes you want to come back to discover new dishes. The service is also very pleasant, professional, and attentive, while remaining warm and welcoming. It's certainly not the cheapest option, but the quality of the ingredients, the artistry in the dishes, and the overall experience more than justify a visit to treat yourself. A truly wonderful restaurant in Brie-Comte-Robert, perfect for a special occasion or simply for enjoying a delicious meal. We will gladly return!
