A fantastic jazz evening with Sanseverino and Lise Cabaret. The food is as good and inventive as ever. The service was efficient and very pleasant. The artists, well-known for their talent, created a wonderful atmosphere. Bravo to all!

For a first visit, it was a wonderful discovery! A pleasant dining room with its industrial charm. The chef's cuisine was excellent, featuring quality ingredients and a constant attention to presentation, which is evident in the beautiful plates. The flavor combinations were judicious. The cuisine was sophisticated and refined, and we were captivated. The service was attentive, caring, and responsive (a big thank you for the happy birthday decorations at dessert time!). Unfortunately, the experience was rather mixed. Let's start with the positives: the food was excellent. The dishes were very good, refined, with some original and truly interesting combinations. We appreciated the quality and the work done in the kitchen. However, several things left us perplexed, especially considering the price of the evening. Upon our arrival, the buffets weren't yet set up. This was a shame, as it didn't allow us to see what was on offer or to get a feel for the evening ahead. We had expected them to be more substantial: they were actually quite small. The instructions to take only one piece of each dish to leave for the other guests, with the promise of refills, also surprised us a bit. When paying for this type of service, it would be nice to be able to freely help ourselves to a dish we particularly enjoyed, without feeling restricted. Another point: the set dessert. It's an understandable choice, but one that inevitably carries a degree of risk, especially given the unusual dessert and the presence of a young audience. Personally, I tasted it and more or less enjoyed it, but my companion disliked it intensely. So, it was practically left out of the menu, which is a shame considering the effort put into the food. As for the drinks, the glass of champagne was beautifully presented, and the champagne itself was appreciated. However, the wine service seemed more complicated: we had to ask the staff several times for our glasses, and considering the price, we felt the portion was a bit stingy. But the main drawback of the evening was the atmosphere and, above all, the feeling of exclusivity. The staff were polite and courteous, but we clearly sensed a difference in attention between the regulars and the other customers. A lot of time seemed to be spent with acquaintances, with rather lengthy conversations, while we felt somewhat left out. A little attention to regulars is perfectly normal, of course, but in this case, the phenomenon seemed pronounced enough to be noticed by several people around us. My companion, in fact, felt quite uncomfortable in this atmosphere, which inevitably influenced our overall impression. Ultimately, the food was a very pleasant surprise, but the evening was much more mixed in terms of the welcome, the ambiance, and the overall organization. For an establishment that offers a rather elegant setting and a price to match, we expected a more consistent experience and, above all, more attention paid to all the guests. It's a shame, because the food itself truly deserves to be highlighted.

A very pleasant lunch on the terrace of La Fabrique. The dishes were full of flavor, right down to the desserts, including the delicious and original floating island inspired by tarte tatin. Definitely worth repeating.

We both loved it, whether it was us or our 6-year-old son. The food and service were excellent!
