We stopped by yesterday around 6:15 pm, and the lovely saleswoman kindly made us two ice creams even though she had already cleaned everything. A very warm welcome and a truly tempting display. Thank you so much.

Excellent pastry shop. The shortbread cookies with walnuts, figs, hazelnuts… are simply divine! Not to mention the ice cream! I go there every time I'm in the south just for that…

Everything was perfect. The ice cream was delicious and firm. The service was excellent; the saleswomen were smiling, helpful, and professional. We bought some bread, and it was very good. I recommend it.

A truly delightful bakery: the welcome is warm, the owner is incredibly kind, and the products are of excellent quality. The bread and cakes are superb, everything is handmade, and it shows—it's a real treat! I especially loved their little walnut and hazelnut cakes 😋 If you're ever in Le Castellet, don't hesitate to stop by, try some, and enjoy!

18/05/2026: An absolutely exceptional stay at Hôtel du Castellet! A true gem in the Var region: the place is magnificent, calm, refined, and incredibly pleasant. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. We had a wonderful time in a superb and relaxing setting. The food is simply incredible, a real treat from start to finish, with refined dishes and impeccable service. Every moment makes you want to return, and we will. From the warm welcome and the beauty of the place to the quality of the service and the overall atmosphere, everything was perfect. In short, nothing but positive things to say. I can confirm that we had a memorable experience that I wholeheartedly recommend!
