Intrigued, we ventured into his recommended Dany's special on the following day, featuring foie gras, duck breast, fig jam, and greens. It was a mind-blowing combination that surpassed our expectations, especially considering its affordability at less than 10 euros. Our last day brought another pleasant surprise when Dany's Mrs. suggested trying truffle honey instead of fig chutney. The result? An ecstatic experience that surpassed meals from fine-dining establishments. As Australians accustomed to foie gras being a luxury, the value for money here was unbelievable.
