A true gem for the taste buds. Everything is made on-site, from appetizer to dessert. Unpretentious and remarkably simple, each dish is a marvel, despite the set menu—but what a menu it is! The theme revolves around duck, with toasted bread and duck rillettes for the aperitif, accompanied by a walnut cake and dried duck breast with homemade vin cuit (a fortified wine). This is followed by two slices of foie gras on toast, and duck breast served with tomatoes and a green salad, not forgetting the parade of desserts. A real delight. The service is attentive, with the bottle of chilled water replenished before it was empty and the offer of more duck breast suggested. All this for a very reasonable price. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing; the clientele, few in number due to the limited number of tables, knows how to be discreet. I loved this experience, nestled in nature yet close to Brantôme, and the high quality of the farm-fresh products served on-site. Be sure to book in advance to enjoy this exceptional meal.

What a fantastic restaurant! We were warmly welcomed as a family. I am pregnant, and they were very accommodating regarding the menu. The children and I had a delicious and enjoyable meal with good service. I would recommend this place to anyone with a love for food and French cuisine.
