Very nice raclette and visually appealing decoration but the atmosphere was lacking some music.

Very nice restaurant with excellent fondue and raclette options. On the edge of the center. Will close permanently soon, but a new location is available in the area

Very cozy and the fondue with mushrooms was delicious

What a shame ☹️ in 1 year the entire team has changed and we no longer have bertout on the menu. It has become a less welcoming restaurant and where the menus do not stand out from other restaurants. The change hasn't really been beneficial 🤔

La qualité et quantité des mets proposés est excellente. Service impeccable ! MAIS comme plat enfants seul choix possible une spaghetti à 20 euros, pour un enfant de 3 ans , c‘est honteux pour cet établissement.

Cadre très agréable, authentique avec. Cheminée au milieu du restaurant au Rez de chiaussee et vue sur la cave à fromage dans la salle au sous sol. Nous avons tous pris une raclette dite a l’ancienne. Très bon fromage. Juste un peu chaud car trois appareils sur notre table! Pensée à venir en t-shirt! Service sympa. Dommage le premier serveur n’a pas su bien nous expliquer que le fromage était local. Mais un autre l’a fait! Carte un peu chère malgré les amuses bouche qui sont sympas mais un peu léger. Le cadre est vraiment super. N’hésitez pas à demandez un doggy bag. En effet la proposition de raclette est conséquente. Ils ne me proposent pas si vous ne demandez pas.

Excellent fruit fondue (more flavorful). The charcuterie is of high quality and the salad served with it is also very good and refreshing without forgetting the small pickles and onions as desired. Everything (fondue, cold meats and salad) is very generous, we enjoy it, including the homemade pork rillette appetizer The decor (solid wood) and the atmosphere (large fire in the hearth in the center) are mountainous and sober, proof of high-end quality and luxury. 32€/person for the all-inclusive fondue, considering the quality it’s great value for money (Remember to book especially on Wednesday and Thursday evenings because there will not be room for everyone. Groups are accepted there is a large room in the basement with a magnificent view of the cheeses in the cellar which are aging) After the fondue we took our time to digest quietly while chatting and sipping our bottle of light Savoie white wine, full in the mouth and refreshing as we like it for a slightly hearty meal The service is precise and friendly (while our stove had gone out, the chef came to get our pan to reheat it in the kitchen so that the fondue remained at its optimum quality) A romantic dinner for 2 which will leave us with a magnificent memory of our holidays in Morzine

The best Raclette in my life. The place is very cosy inside. The staff is helpful and welcoming. Make sure to free up space around the Raclette machine so that your wine glasses and other dishes are not heated up. Fondue was pretty sour to my taste. You can eat as much Raclette as you like but it’s all factored into the price already which is above average. The salad they serve together with fondue and Raclette was amazing! Bookings are recommended although in our case it was possible to reserve a table just a couple of days in advance

Fantastic restaurant in morzine. Whilst a lot of people go to the older establishments , this is not to be missed! The service is what you'd expect for a top top quality restaurant which is matched by the brilliant food and cooking. Cheese is a no brainier here beef was also superb!
