A superb discovery, a most welcoming atmosphere, generous and delicious homemade cuisine, and to make the most of your visit, I recommend leaving your car at the start of the trail for a pleasant 2km walk before exploring the farm.

We had a wonderful meal as a group of five in this lovely green spot, and we have absolutely no regrets. Everything was perfect: the food, the welcome, the service. I would advise against booking at the last minute, given its popularity. I can confirm that the last two kilometers require using a dirt road (low-clearance vehicles should avoid this route). Dogs are allowed. Be prepared for a complete digital detox (the cell phone signal is poor, which explains why we couldn't pay by card). Thanks again to the whole team for this wonderful Saturday lunch.

A superb culinary experience at this farm where everything is fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. We particularly enjoyed the charcuterie platter...a must-try classic! The dishes are hearty and delicious. We're so glad we braved the 2km dirt road 😅. And finally, a huge thank you for the warm welcome; we felt right at home. We'll definitely be back!

What can I say about this truly unique place?! Lost in the forest, a haven of peace and quiet. The reservation process was a bit of a gamble since the restaurant was closed when we arrived, but despite that, they went to great lengths to welcome us in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We and the people in our party were there, and as a result, the restaurant was closed, but we had 12 people seated at a table! The team reacted incredibly well, the food was exactly what we loved, the charcuterie platter was divine, the main courses were succulent, and the Collobrières dessert was a must—chestnut ice cream, of course! We'll definitely be back. What a beautiful day, we'll remember it! See you soon!

Carole, the owner, is exceptional! Welcoming, smiling, and makes you feel very comfortable. The setting is magnificent, the dishes delicious, homemade, and well-presented. The team is fantastic! We go twice a year and draw a message on the window because, as in The Little Prince, Carole suggests: "Don't draw me a sheep, draw me a pig!" Go there quickly without hesitation... you won't be disappointed! We can't wait to go back! Laurence from the North

11/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful discovery at Restaurant des Maures! We had a fantastic time. We started with an Imperial beer with candied chestnuts and a chestnut kir, original and delicious specialties. For the main courses, the wild boar stew with chestnuts was flavorful and perfectly cooked, as were the tender and generous pork ribs. To finish, the gourmet coffee was a real treat. The welcome was warm, the service pleasant, and the atmosphere convivial. The entire team was attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this restaurant when visiting Collobrières.

Le clos du père Louis

26/07/2026: We discovered this restaurant completely by chance while driving around Collobrières, and what a pleasant surprise! The welcome was particularly warm and friendly. We even had the pleasure of chatting with a local, which made the experience even more authentic and enjoyable. As someone who is lactose intolerant, I'm often cautious when eating out, but the staff were attentive and very accommodating. I was able to fully enjoy my meal without any worries. The pizzas were absolutely delicious: a flavorful crust, quality ingredients, and amazing taste. A real treat! A great place where you feel right at home, which we wholeheartedly recommend to anyone passing through Collobrières. Warm regards from Savoy.
