A truly wonderful experience! The sharing menu is an excellent idea, allowing you to sample several dishes without having to choose. The cuisine is of exceptional quality; kudos to the chefs who manage to transform everyday ingredients into refined dishes with perfect cooking techniques. Perfect... We had a wonderful time under the pergola... And the food was excellent... The flavors were spot on and the service was perfect. A first experience in August... and a second one last week: we couldn't wait to come back, and it was just as wonderful as the first time! We ordered the sharing menu again, and once more, it was a delight from start to finish... everything was perfect: the flavors, the presentation of the dishes, the wine, the setting, the service, and the welcome... High-class culinary menu. The 8-course sharing menu (€42) in particular is full of wonderful surprises. For example, tarte tatin with caramelized onions and cheese. Another dish comes with lavender ice cream.

Yesterday, we went to La Ferme de Villeneuve restaurant for the second time and we've already planned to go back next week. Everything was perfect: the friendliness of the staff, who were able to accommodate special requests, the quality and presentation of the dishes, not to mention the very reasonable price. We recommend this restaurant without reservation.

27/08/2026: A must-visit during our stays in Les Sables-d’Olonne! We come to Bistrot Sablais every year during our stay in Les Sables-d’Olonne, and it’s always a pleasure to return. It’s become a real tradition for us! The welcome is warm and friendly. The place is very pleasant, modern, and beautifully decorated, making for a truly enjoyable experience. A special mention goes to the manager, who is incredibly friendly, attentive, and business-minded. Her welcome and helpfulness are particularly appreciated. An address we happily recommend and where we will return, as we do every year!

05/10/2026: We found everything excellent! This restaurant deserves a Michelin star. The view, the decor, the timing between courses, the thoughtful touches, the service, the delicious food... We were a small group of different ages, and it was a wonderful experience for everyone. One minor drawback: for young people, the portions were a little small.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the **absolutely breathtaking sea view**, as well as by the tasteful and meticulous design of the spaces, both inside and out. Every detail has been carefully considered, right down to the comfort of the chairs, which are exceptionally pleasant to sit in. As for the cuisine, the menu is a true delight: **delicate, flavorful, and beautifully presented**. Each dish is crafted with finesse, and the flavor combinations are a real treat. Special mention must also go to the **simply outstanding service**. It's particularly pleasant to see such a professional and attentive team, who, above all, have a perfect understanding of the dishes being served. This truly enhances the experience. One small regret, however: not being able to enjoy a glass of wine paired with each course… but our driver's licenses quickly brought us back to reality! 😉 And then there's that rare feeling: **time seems to stand still**. When we entered this restaurant, we truly forgot about time and everyday life. A resounding success, in an exceptional setting, with refined cuisine and a top-notch team. **An address we will treasure and look forward to returning to.**
