Wonderful cuisine that delighted the taste buds and introduced us to new flavors with combinations we would never have imagined. A truly memorable experience that evoked a wealth of emotions! And let's not forget the setting, which is truly magnificent. Of course, like many others, I share the same opinion about the restrooms, which are very original! Bravo to the head chef and also to the pastry chef, who truly elevated their creations. We opted for a four-course wine pairing, and we made some truly wonderful discoveries. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, which was invaluable in accompanying each course. And I must also mention the cheese platter, which offers a truly wonderful selection of different Vendée cheeses (yes, there's even an incredible Vendée Camembert and Bleu de Vendée!). Be warned, the culinary experience is truly seamless from start to finish, from the moment you arrive until the coffee is served with its delightful petits fours. Food lovers will be in heaven!
