We found everything excellent! This restaurant deserves a Michelin star. The view, the decor, the timing between courses, the thoughtful touches, the service, the delicious food... We were a small group of different ages, and it was a wonderful experience for everyone. One minor drawback: for young people, the portions were a little small.

A truly wonderful discovery! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the **absolutely breathtaking sea view**, as well as by the tasteful and meticulous design of the spaces, both inside and out. Every detail has been carefully considered, right down to the comfort of the chairs, which are exceptionally pleasant to sit in. As for the cuisine, the menu is a true delight: **delicate, flavorful, and beautifully presented**. Each dish is crafted with finesse, and the flavor combinations are a real treat. Special mention must also go to the **simply outstanding service**. It's particularly pleasant to see such a professional and attentive team, who, above all, have a perfect understanding of the dishes being served. This truly enhances the experience. One small regret, however: not being able to enjoy a glass of wine paired with each course… but our driver's licenses quickly brought us back to reality! 😉 And then there's that rare feeling: **time seems to stand still**. When we entered this restaurant, we truly forgot about time and everyday life. A resounding success, in an exceptional setting, with refined cuisine and a top-notch team. **An address we will treasure and look forward to returning to.**

Le Cayola wasn't just a restaurant visit for us, but a true experience and one of the highlights of our stay. From the moment you arrive, you notice how much emphasis is placed on atmosphere. The interior is exceptionally modern and high-quality, without feeling cold or overly staged. Everything feels harmonious. And when you look out over the terrace at the Atlantic Ocean, it can even take your breath away. But what truly made our evening unforgettable was the service. Our waitress, Eline, was absolutely outstanding. She explained each course, each ingredient, and the concept behind it all to us in English with incredible knowledge, calm, and enthusiasm. She also answered our questions with great competence and warmth. We never felt like we were simply being served, but rather like we were being guided through the evening. This is exactly what excellent service should be. We also particularly appreciated how naturally personal preferences were taken into account. We were asked in advance about any food intolerances or dislikes, and we had mentioned that my mother doesn't particularly like certain foods. One of the courses was then slightly adapted for her – thoughtfully, simply, and without making a big deal out of it. We chose the Polypus menu with wine pairings and would do so again in a heartbeat. Every course was creative, beautifully presented, and exciting in flavor without seeming contrived or overdone. We especially appreciated the feeling that with every dish, you could tell someone had really put thought into the taste, texture, and presentation. The wine pairings were also very well chosen and perfectly presented by Eline. In the end, we left not only more than satisfied, but above all, incredibly happy. For us, an evening at Le Cayola is comparable to a visit to an art museum: you look, discover, taste, marvel, and take away many impressions. Except with the great advantage that here you also get to eat the art. A huge compliment to the kitchen, to Eline, and to the entire team. You can tell that these are people who do their job with great skill and passion. If we are ever in the area again, we will gladly return. ' ... I had reserved the table in advance for my mother's birthday. During the reservation process, there was an option to specify the reason, and my mother was surprised with a small, special touch that was seamlessly incorporated. My mother had a truly unforgettable evening, and it's precisely these little details that create lasting memories. Many thanks again for that!

We went to this restaurant twice in seven days during August because the place, the service, and the food were so wonderful. It's a restaurant you won't forget. If you want to have an exceptional experience, it's the only one I recommend in Les Sables-d'Olonne. It will surely get its first Michelin star very soon.
