A very warm welcome in a place exuding calm and tranquility. The buildings are magnificent, as is the location. From starter to dessert, everything was excellent; family-style and regional dishes, rich and hearty, without fuss. The homemade aperitif and tarte flambée were also perfect. No assembly-line or slingshot service; everything was served to us with just the right amount of time between each course. The room, very cozy and full of charm, was also very pleasant. A generous breakfast with fresh fruit, croissants and fresh bread of the day, jams, fruit juice, and a hot drink (tea/coffee...). In short, we really enjoyed our short stay! (We even came back the next day for dessert and a pint.)

We stopped at Ferme Mellon on our way to Denmark, and what a wonderful surprise! Thank you to Sandrine and Clémentine for their hospitality; they gave us a wonderful welcome, both friendly and attentive. The setting is typically Alsatian, warm and authentic, perfect for a gourmet break. The wood-fired tarte flambée is excellent, generous, and delicious. The value for money is truly unbeatable. We also stayed there, and the experience was just as pleasant: A very cozy room, comfortable bedding, and impeccable cleanliness. We had a wonderful night's sleep. Breakfast, served on the terrace in an idyllic setting, was very complete and generous, perfect for starting the day. For a very reasonable price, we enjoyed a truly unique experience. We highly recommend this place, whether for a stopover, a longer stay, or a convivial meal in Alsace.
