A restaurant with a rich culinary heritage rooted in French culture, the dishes are expertly prepared and beautifully presented. The servers and owner are very helpful and always smiling. Their "Maître Restaurateur" distinction is richly deserved. I highly recommend this establishment if you're looking for a truly memorable experience.

Disappointed with my last experience this past Saturday evening… A regular at this restaurant for several years, I find the evening menu has become too expensive for what it offers. I chose a starter and a main course from menu 1 at €39.90, then I chose a dessert from menu 2 at €42.90, and the waitress charged me for menu 2 (without mentioning it beforehand), even though the dessert was a real disappointment. It was a cake (a yogurt cake?) with a simple chocolate ganache on top, truly uninteresting and very ordinary. The eggs meurette are still perfectly executed, but that won't be enough to make me return to this restaurant.

An exceptional and welcoming venue! Arriving in Dijon for our seminar, we absolutely do not regret choosing your establishment. Everything was remarkable: the welcome, the service, and especially a menu that far exceeded our expectations. All the guests were delighted. A big thank you to your entire team for the warm welcome and excellent service. A word of advice: don't miss out on this place! I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time as a family of four. The starter wasn't to my liking, but the staff kindly changed it. The food was excellent, the atmosphere pleasant, and the staff helpful. A great find, we'll be back! Thank you! ☺️

Au pourquoi pas

08/03/2026: A wonderful discovery right in the heart of Dijon. The name "Pourquoi Pas" alone makes you want to go in, and we weren't disappointed. The owner is incredibly friendly and takes the time to explain the dishes and wines. The food was delicious and the atmosphere very pleasant. A nice touch: they offered me a doggy bag to take home what I hadn't finished. An excellent place that I highly recommend. We'll gladly return.
05/03/2026: Everything was perfect! The menu was delicious, and the chef delighted us from the amuse-bouche to dessert. A word of warning for those with a sweet tooth like me: the portions are generous. Thank you to Muriel for her kindness and gentle manner.
