Very nice discovery, refined cuisine, well presented and very good. Scallops, citrus butter and braised endives, excellent. The truly wonderful Tiramisu-style pear. The recommendation for the glass of wine was a real delight. Go there, I recommend without problem.

Went for dinner on Saturday, a warm welcome by a lovely young lady. Well presented plates, While pleasing to the eye, the dishes were pleasing to the palate. The right amount. Impeccable and well-timed service. In addition to appreciating the cuisine, a small anomaly in the reservation had been detected, I appreciated the phone call during the day to manage this anomaly, independent of the restaurant. A beautiful, very nice surprise. Home catering service everything was perfect. There were two of us, we started with a mimosa egg covered with a lace tuile for Madame, for my part I chose the onion soup and its Comté crouton (excellent), surprised for a few seconds when I saw the plate dig without the broth, but the young girl poured a tasty broth over the preparation, right there 10/10 😉. Then cod with butternuts and garlic cream and pork pluma with black rice (risotto mode), the 2 dishes were excellent again a 10/10. And for dessert, caramel profiteroles, very very good, a pure pleasure from start to finish. Congratulations to the whole team, it’s a pleasure, keep it up. As you have certainly understood, we validate this address in Dinan at 200%.

Good welcome and pleasant room. In terms of cuisine, the flavors are unusual... but a little too revisited for my taste, and I would have appreciated a slightly more generous plate, too bad.

We were in Dinan for 3 nights, we dined at 3 recommended restaurants, and this is without a doubt the best. Friendly, explanatory and efficient service, excellent food. A single note - the oyster dish was characterized by medium and small oysters. It could have been better.

Le doy 3 estrellas que significan normal porque es lo que resume la experiencia. Normal, sin más. Comida rica pero quizás poco original. Cosas positivas la relación calidad precio, para estar en Dinan muy bien los menús que ofrecen. De cantidad también bastante bien, de hecho el postre no me lo pude terminar, también quizás porque no me gustó mucho (BABA AU RHUM MAISON). Cosas negativas, el menú te deja poca elección y sobre todo, lo que menos nos gustó fue que para los niños había muy pocas opciones y eso que comen de todo pero los aliños y acompañamientos eran bastante especiales. Ya nos percatamos en la carta de que teníamos pocas opciones pero tampoco nos facilitaron nada para adaptar algún plato y hacerlo más apetecible para los peques. Seguro que en Dinan hay mejores opciones y no digo que el sitio esté mal, quizás con otro menú (que suelen cambiar a menudo) la experiencia hundiese sido más positiva pero tengo que ceñirme a la experiencia vivida el día que fuimos.

With a little effort this restaurant could be so much better. From the adequate but unenthusiastic service, the very average food and the horribly tepid table water I'm sad to say it was a real disappointment.
