A very cute and nicely decorated restaurant. A very warm welcome and friendly service. The dishes are excellent, and the descriptions alone made our mouths water even before we started eating. There aren't many tables, but I think the owner has prioritized quality over quantity. Make a reservation to be sure of getting a table. I recommend this place for a meal.

Excellent original dishes, interesting flavours, good wine selection and friendly service. We had the langoustine raviolene, foie gras the magret de canard and the cod. The waitress was attentive and helpful. The foie gras and the magret were very generous, my only critic would be it would have been nice to have a bit more langoustine in they dish even if it cost slightly more.

A wonderful discovery in Dinan with La Fleur de Sel! The service is impeccable, quick, and exceptionally pleasant. You can feel the genuine attention paid to the customers, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I opted for the set lunch menu, offered at a very reasonable price, and it was absolutely perfect: fresh ingredients, homemade cuisine, and perfectly balanced flavors. The hanger steak was cooked to perfection, accompanied by delicious new potatoes. And what can I say about the dessert… a poached pear with honey and an orange-tonka bean cake that was simply divine! An address I wholeheartedly recommend for those seeking quality, generous portions, and authentic cuisine.

22/07/2026: Don’t believe everything AI tells you. It recommended this restaurant as the number one choice for fish and seafood, but it also incorrectly said that it wouldn’t be open until Thursday (today is Tuesday). Fortunately, we hadn’t chosen either of the other two restaurants it recommended, so we continued along Rue du Quai until we came across Auberge des Terre-Neuvas. To our surprise, we found that it was actually open. For our starter, we ordered shrimp with a mustard sauce, followed by octopus as the main course. The food was delicious. The octopus was perfectly cooked—tender and served with a flavorful side dish. The dessert (ice cream) and wine were excellent as well. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and happy to help us translate the menu. However, unlike in many restaurants in France, they didn’t automatically offer us tap water. Instead, we ordered a bottle of water, which we had to pay for. Overall, we had a very enjoyable dining experience and would happily recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for excellent seafood in Dinan.
