Excellent welcome, the flavors of the dishes are simply sublime, the principle of sharing dishes allows you to taste several recipes... superb

Great time spent at La Fourchette restaurant in Amboise. The cuisine is delicious and incorporates different flavors from around the world. The service is great and the team is very welcoming.

This was my favorite restaurant of our trip, and that includes Paris! We shared 4 plates and everything we ate was incredible. This place is small with a few tables inside and outside. They were turning people away who did not have a reservation so it’s clear that the word has gotten out. Incredibly friendly service - it felt like your family cooking for you..just very intimate and a special find with amazing flavors. I also felt like the prices were a steal.

This was the best find of our Loire Valley trip so far (& we have been here a week!) This was such a cute little restaurant tucked away in a quiet area of this gorgeous town. The staff were great. But even better was the food!!! A small plates restaurant with a good choice on the menu. Plenty of vegetarian choices too. Food was heavenly! I would recommend to book ahead though as it gets very popular & during our visit they turned so many away because they were full.

Klein restaurantje met zeer vriendelijke kok en bediening. Share dining. Alles vers gemaakt. We waren aangenaam verrast van de gerechtjes die we hadden uitgezocht. Heerlijk gegeten, echt een aanrader. We waren blij dat we nog konden reserveren, want dat is wel nodig.

Piccolo ristorante con qualche tavolo all'aperto dove gustare diverse portate, non solo di cucina locale ma anche con declinazioni internazionali come il naan o i falafel. I piatti sono perfetti da dividere in modo da assaggiare più pietanze. Atmosfera molto simpatica e rilassata per una piacevole sosta.

12/08/2024: Beautiful hotel and welcoming professional team. Calm and serenity guaranteed. From the restaurant to the breakfast as well as from the room to the garden all were pleasant to see and eat. We would have liked to stay there longer, we will come back.

07/09/2024: Un décor rétro, des mets délicieux et originaux, un accueil au top, une musique d’ambiance aux délicieux parfum des seventies 😉 C’est franchement un très chouette restau. Nous étions de passage à Amboise et nous reviendrons sûrement à cette table la prochaine fois. Bravo 👍😃
06/09/2024: Absolutely fantastic meal. As a vegetarian, I’m always nervous in France - but this was exceptional. Great food, great service and a really nice atmosphere. A must visit!!
