A very nice restaurant, friendly service, great food! Perfect. Definitely go. The lamb tagine was divine, but so were the fish and foie gras... fantastic French cuisine. We got a table for four without a reservation!

We had a wonderful meal. A perfect balance in every dish. The staff were pleasant, smiling, welcoming, and friendly. We'll remember our visit not only for the food... but also for the hailstorm we experienced on June 27th! 🤣🤣🤣😁

Great food and great location for a lunch in Amboise. I have nothing but positive reviews about each dish served but when I was on my way out of the resto, I happened to pass by the kitchen (the "window" where the dishes get their final touches before they are served) and saw that the chef sneezed on the dishes!!! There were I think 4 dishes there when he sneezed and did not cover his mouth!!! I so pity the family who ordered those dishes.

Restaurant at the foot of the castle. Sweltering heat but a frosty welcome; they were overwhelmed, except for the smiling and attentive young apprentice. We won't be back; the menu is too limited, especially for young people... 15 years old.

A very pleasant surprise among all the restaurants around the castle. You can see the kitchen from the dining room where homemade dishes are prepared. The food is delicious and perfectly cooked. We were introduced to a unique little Saumur Champigny. The staff is attentive, and my wife's lactose intolerance was well taken into account.

30/05/2026: Warm welcome and pleasant service, excellent value for money for the set lunch menu (starter/main/dessert). The air-conditioned dining room was a real plus.
29/05/2026: A great place for lunch in an air-conditioned room after visiting the castle. Efficient service. The cucumber gazpacho starter was truly excellent!
