A great discovery even though we are from Ambois. A feast for the eye and the taste buds, a clever mix of oriental and Asian cuisine in Iberian style, all in magnificent dishes and very beautiful presentations. We will definitely come back.

Viajaba con unos amigos por el valle del Loira y este restaurante nos sorprendió para bien. Muy buen servicio, carta no muy amplia pero suficiente y con platos bien hechos, tamaño tapa para compartir. Atentos con los clientes y acogedores (a pesar de que repetimos el plato de albóndigas hasta en 3 ocasiones). Lo recomiendo.

Cadre très sympa. Il y a des bons vins à la carte et les tapas sont bien réalisés , cela manque parfois un peu de saveur mais cela vaut le détour si on aime les plats à partager. Je recommande vivement de réserver car il y a peu de table.

Merveilleuse soirée dans un établissement surprenant et délicieux dans une ambiance qu’on aimerai retrouver partout. Un superbe accueil, de super conseils et des jeux de sociétés à partager autour d’un bon vin. Une cuisine travailler vraiment excellente, a refaire sans hésitation Je recommande plus plus plus.

01/04/2024: Very good experience for my sister's birthday. We were a table of 7 people. The cuisine was delicious, seasonal, good cooking. Whether it was the kidneys, the asparagus, the sea bream or even the desserts, everything was successful. The service was excellent, the team was cheerful and welcoming. THANKS !

05/04/2024: Welcome, service and cuisine...everything is great! We chose the flavor menu: research into the combination of flavors and presentation of the plates...a feast for the palate and the eyes!! Highly recommended Good luck to the whole team
30/03/2024: Worth a dedicated trip to Amboise Our AirBnB host recommended this place even it was not on the list of restaurant choices we researched. The surprise started with a leek soup and we wiped clean all dishes! We ordered a three course Menu Saveurs (“Flavors Menu” or perhaps special menu) for 42 euros, paired with a 2022 chenin Pierre (sauvignon blanc?) from a local vineyard Touraine Amboise (33 euro). The starter was a smoked trout tartar, main course is stuffed chicken (Medallion of poultry), and 4 cheese plate. Vegetables were very fresh, cooking was perfect, and excellent presentations. The wine topped it out - I gather we would spent 4 times in the US for the same quality. Our server was just great. The setting is on the formal side with spacious layout compared with other restaurants we visited in Loire Valley, and the location is not in the touristy drab (Pl. Michel Debré), and thus is a welcome change to typical busy venues with tourist hordes.
