La Fourchette sur Amboise

A small restaurant, but one that surprises with the variety and quality of its menu. The underlying concept is original: small dishes to share, inspired by cuisines from around the world (to name a few: Iran, Japan, Lebanon, Norway, and, of course, France), but crafted with great care. The wine list isn't extensive, but its depth is evident. The staff is young, warm, and truly attentive. Prices are almost unbelievable; in other parts of France, you'd pay at least double!

Intimate restaurant in town with delicious tapas and local wines. We walked in and initially didn't find our reservation, but after checking with the chef, they moved tables and accomodated our group. Very nice, and the experience was delightful. This small restaurant has only about 6 tables inside, so be sure to have a reservation!

Absolutely delicious food with a wonderful array of flavors and textures. The service is also exceptionally pleasant, clearly provided by someone who is passionate about their work. A must-try, but be sure to book in advance to secure a table!

Fantastic experience! Absolutely delicious food and very friendly service. Reservations recommended!

A really lovely meal of small shared plates, each one very different. We literally ordered everything in the menu except one dish, had a bottle of wine, and digestifs after dinner. It was about 50€ per person. One of the best meals I’ve had in France. I would absolutely go here again and heartily recommend it to anyone.

Such a delightful dinner! Great food, great service! Very helpful staff and the food came out quickly. Easily one of the favorite restaurants of our trip!

The staff is professional, attentive, and welcoming, providing excellent service that fully contributes to this wonderful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys discovering original, refined, and surprising cuisine. A truly wonderful experience, both on the plate and in the warm welcome!

Unique cuisine, with a distinctly Asian influence. Dishes meant for sharing. Very good, very welcoming, cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Lovely restaurant with a good mixture of vegetarian and meat options. Lovely warm welcome and service throughout. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful evening at "La Fourchette"—excellent food, very good wine, a great atmosphere, and exceptionally warm service. It couldn't have been better! By the way, the value for money is very good. Unfortunately, I can't give it more stars.
