We are from Albi so we come from time to time to share a meal as a couple or with family.
My husband and I love this place for the home cooking, the friendly service and the calm atmosphere. We tasted the
10/21/2024 at noon a pasta salad with small seasonal vegetables and a very good serrano ham chip and we stopped especially to taste the excellent veal blanquette which was exquisite, divine! Very attractive quality/price ratio: €15 to €18 for lunch for a gourmet restaurant. I highly recommend the right fork.

Parmis les restaurants autour de la cathédrale il nous a semblé que celui ci était le mieux. Bon accueil. Table au 1er étage. L ennui est que les conversations du rez de chaussée remontent amplifiees. Côté cuisine , c est du frais. Et c est bon. Jusqu'au dessert on s est régale. Une bonne adresse donc.

Good morning,
I attach a lot of importance to quality and real work in the kitchen.
I discovered this restaurant and returned there a second time. The food is quality and the chef works with the products. There is work on the plate. This is not an assembly kitchen. I recommend 1000 times. I enjoyed it and the quantity is there.
Simple welcome and efficient service.

This is the 2nd time we've eaten there, the 1st time we enjoyed ourselves from start to finish, the refined dishes were delicious! There quite disappointed, the mushroom soup was good but lacked something for my taste, the main course supposed to be loin cooked at low temperature, meh it was dry like fillet (?) yet the waiter told me assured that it was loin... strange, however the sauce was excellent as well as the accompaniment. Then disappointed again by the dessert, squash crème brûlée, very compact with too strong an orange taste, I only ate 2 spoons as I am a fan of crème brûlée... blah blah, I hope that the next experience will be better..

Fast and efficient service, friendly waiter. A well-stocked wine list with something for everyone
