Our group was warmly welcomed. The mezzanine seating was much appreciated.

A very warm welcome in a lovely dining room, seasonal meals with excellent value for money, and attentive, friendly service.
Hopefully, this restaurant will maintain all these qualities in a tourist town.

The restaurant is at the foot of the cathedral, but it's not a tourist trap.
It's always a treat for the taste buds!
The food is fresh, seasonal, and very good.
The creamy mushroom soup with that hint of coffee...delicious.

Two meals, one in the evening for 35 euros: Périgord-style salad with Mazamet black pudding, veal steak with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables, a large chocolate macaron for dessert, banana sorbet, and Gaillac wine—it was very good. The next day I returned for the lunch menu: black pudding salad, shredded duck with mashed potatoes and porcini mushroom sauce, and to finish, a delicious praline mille-feuille. I will be back often, especially since the waiter is so pleasant. The dining room is comfortable, and the atmosphere is lovely.

Why spend hours searching for a restaurant in Albi when La fourchette Adroite is open!
Whether it's the restaurant's ambiance, the beautiful decor with beautiful paintings on display, or even the relaxing and calm atmosphere!
Local and fresh produce that is truly evident in your mouth, elaborate dishes with a plating that sincerely brings to mind famous gourmet restaurants.
A meal for two that managed to capture our attention and keep us coming back for our next meals in Albi.
I highly recommend this restaurant!
