Cooking comes from skill. A master of his craft cooks here. The 2* are deserved. Modern interpretation of Alsatian dishes. The flavors are well developed. The textures are perfect. Very attentive service. Solid ambience. Highly priced and worth every euro. Every trip is worth it. Absolutely recommended.

Our favorite was the first dish of small bites - a lovely and creative journey through the Alsace region. Pairings were perfect. The rest of the dishes were very well prepared, and while not as exceptionally creative, they were on-theme and we enjoyed experiencing the typical food of the area. Service was attentive and preemptive without being overbearing, just as expected for this level.

My husband and I left the Fourchette des Ducs completely enthusiastic. It was a complete discovery. Simply magnificent dishes, incredible combinations, sumptuous wines and what work. What ingenuity. No false note. As for the service! A corps de ballet, without any misstep. Well done

This made us want to discover this establishment. We really enjoyed our evening.
The service is perfect, they are always one step ahead of you, while remaining discreet. The plates are beautifully presented. Delicious dishes. And the gourmet desserts that I like (I had 2! But the choice is difficult!)
Only regret: only being able to choose 3 sweet treats from the dessert cart for the big gourmand that I am!

Simply magnificent restaurant! An exemplary welcome, a warm and typical setting, dishes of excellent quality, sumptuous and exceptional.
I highly recommend it.
Special mention for the lobster and the cart of sweets!

De passage en Alsace pour quelques jours, nous avons découvert cette table. Nous avons passé une très agréable soirée. Le menu végétal nous a fait redécouvrir de beaux légumes savoureux, comme la betterave et les petits pois, sublimés. La carte des vins Alsaciens offre un grand choix. Du très haut niveau. Le service est également remarquable.

La décoration,le service et les conseils du sommelier méritent à eux seuls le détour..mais le homard rémoulade au caviar justifie lui le voyage..Une superbe soirée équilibrée.
