Probably the best bo bun in Paris. Worth trying. Order takeaway, otherwise you need to reserve, as there's rarely room.

A friend referred us to the restaurant as a must visit place while in Paris and they were right! We’ve had Vietnamese food many times but this was different, more refined flavours. We highly recommend it.

I'd wanted to do this for so long! I knew I risked being disappointed, on that dreary street in the Sentier district. PHỞ BÒ HÀ NỘI is among the best in Paris—but not THE best, no way. Same goes for the caramel pork CƠM THỊT KHO. The signature pork spring rolls weren't bad, that's also true. The Vietnamese smoked green tea was good. They were out of stock of the Oolong. As for the black tea, I couldn't really appreciate it because it didn't have time to steep properly: in fact, when they come to ask you after 45 minutes (an eternity if the restaurant's philosophy is to do three seatings per table every lunchtime) if you want dessert, while you're just eating your CHÈ CỐT DỪA dessert—which was quite good, by the way—it's time to give up your seat. In other words: the service coordination is disrupted by the obsession with "emptying the tables to seat a new batch of customers," perhaps with an acrobatic practice of overbooking. So, I asked for the bill, in French—but the service is playing leapfrog with English in this overrated "algorithmic rendezvous" on the dreary Rue de Cléry. You no longer know which language to use in this over-touristed Paris, which is quite stressful for the locals. All in all, not bad for a cafeteria in a Roissy-CDG airport terminal, or rather Bangkok or Dubai. Oh no, by the way, it's supposed to be a Parisian restaurant and they've even made it into the Michelin Guide! No comment. Or rather, yes: perhaps the time has come to move to a less cramped and slightly less stressful location for everyone. Obviously, the rent will increase and profitability will suffer. I had a feeling that might be the problem.

I rediscovered the true flavor of the northern pho I had tasted in Hanoi. The broth was well-balanced, flavorful, slightly sweet and tangy, not too oily, and the meat was high quality... it was delicious. I'm taking off one star for the excessive price (€20 for a pho!) and the rather small/not very comfortable place to eat.

Food was incredible and service was fast, but not rushed. Staff were accommodating for English speakers and made the restaurant atmosphere feel welcoming. Best pho that my fiancé has ever had!

Their spring rolls are definitely worth trying. However, it's a bit cramped and you might end up eating with a stranger across from you.
