La Fromegi sur Trans-En-Provence

There was a huge line 😵 It's better to make a reservation 🍜 The ramen was pretty tasty 😋 The Nem fried spring rolls were especially delicious 🤤 The staff seemed very busy, and the clientele, from what I observed when I was there, was a mix of relatively well-off French people, tourists, and regular Vietnamese. I had Bo Bun there before and it was pretty good. Overall, I think it's one of the better restaurants in this area. It might be a little pricey compared to other Vietnamese restaurants... The atmosphere of the restaurant is subtly charming with its furnishings and such.

Excellent beef pho, just as good as in Vietnam!!!!! A must-try

Excellent quality pho and bo bun! The beef is so tender and the pho soup is very high quality. The bo bun is also full of good ingredients. Also I didn’t feel super thirsty afterwards which is a great sign!

Warm and friendly staff. Food was excellent!!!

I’ve been to Mắm From Hanoi twice now, and it was just as delicious the second time. The best pho I’ve ever had! The broth is the highlight—rich, fragrant and full of flavour. The menu is small, but that’s part of the appeal. The pho alone would keep me coming back, and I love finding a place that delivers the same quality each time. Already looking forward to my next visit. If you love pho, this place is well worth trying!

authentic, delicious vietnamese dishes, phở tái chín and thịt are highly recommended. staff is speedy and nice. it's just very warm during lunchtime and the space being small also adds to this.

Delicious pho tai lan and com thit kho. Small restaurant and reservation is very much needed, spots are hard to get if there is no reservation.

Mam from Hanoi small restaurant is a real gem in Paris, with food dedicatedly cooked to assure authenticity of Hanoi's gastronomy, while assuring it receives wide acceptance of diverse guests. The menu is short but I think it has a reason: not to have a long menu to focus on high quality of foods carefully selected to reflect the real Hanoi's food. Highly recommended!

Excellent restaurant, they make the best spring rolls and bo bun I've ever eaten! The desserts are also really very good!

It was excellent, can't wait to come back
