It's always a pleasure to have lunch at this establishment. On December 31st, it was packed, yet we were served with a smile, a pleasant little wine, tartares, and especially the large tarte Tatin to finish off the meal beautifully. A big plus for the smiling staff! We only come here when we're in Trans, but we always want to.

We ate there for the first time, and it was a pleasant surprise! The whole team was fantastic, the cook and the owner were very kind and funny, and the atmosphere was very friendly. There was very little wait for the food, which was great, and the portions were very generous. I was surprised by the quantity, especially considering they were made with fresh ingredients. I think the quality/quantity/price ratio is exceptional, and above all, it was absolutely delicious. So we treated ourselves to dessert, and it was just as wonderful. I really couldn't find a single fault with this restaurant, and I'll definitely go back!
