La Galerie, Brasserie de Tradition sur Valenciennes

Perfect ! I spent a weekend using the Staycation app. The place is exceptional, the welcome is perfect, nothing to complain about. Very spacious room, exceptional bedding. Cleanliness is there, no dust. In terms of services, we had a small cake as well as a bottle of champagne. The swimming pool is exceptional!!! The restaurant is magnificent and the meal is gourmet (see the photos), the dessert is delicious. I highly recommend !

I was recently able to experience a moment of relaxation during a back massage with Emilie. A moment of sweetness, relaxation and tranquility. The massage was very pleasant, both gentle and focused on areas of tension. Thank you very much 🙏

2 years ago, almost to the day, we spent a wonderful weekend in every way at the Royal Hainaut Spa & Resort. It was therefore with immense joy that we found this exceptional environment from March 17 to 19, 2024. We were informed that the pool was not available and we were offered an upgrade and a bottle of champagne. Very appreciable gesture, thank you. If all the other services were available, we regret not having been able to take advantage of the hammam upon our arrival due to lack of effective communication between services. The reception at the Spa does not live up to the 4 stars of the establishment. We really felt like we were disturbing by asking for the hammam to be activated the next day. If services are available, we can take advantage of them. Another disappointment is that while the quality of the meals is still there, the service is downgraded. A few rules of good manners need to be worked on (we serve the ladies first, a little smile is always nice…). Otherwise, the place is still as beautiful, the room offered is magnificent and comfortable, the reception staff and the hotel bar are adorable and friendly.

Great time at the Royal, the place is worth discovering without hesitation! The suite is good (a little dark). The spa is original and pleasant.

Excellent week-end. Easy to book, very pleasant staff, top-notch Brasserie servers. Very nice room. Superb swimming pool. Everything is luxurious and clean. You can go there with your eyes closed... Do it again... And looking at the photos I took, there are already people who have noted the address.

Great stay spent in a magnificent setting, we had the opportunity to test the duplex suite, the SPA, the La Galerie restaurant and an hour of massage for two, great!
