Excellent savory crêpes (numbers 9 and 11) and sweet crêpes (numbers 52 and up), made with quality, locally sourced ingredients selected by the owner. The whipped cream was excellent and served in generous portions. In short, this place seems to be a must for crêpe lovers. A little piece of Brittany in the mountains...

Not only are the galettes and crêpes excellent, but the service is quick and the manager very friendly. Having visited quite a few crêperies, this one is by far the best! The place was full, with only one person serving and one in the kitchen: hats off to you both, and thank you again!

A must-try restaurant in Saint-Lary. The galettes are delicious and the owner is lovely. We've been going there for several years now whenever we visit Saint-Lary. We absolutely have to eat there before leaving! However, be sure to book in advance as they are often full (and it's easy to see why).

We hadn't booked but still got a table. Very welcoming, and the galettes and crêpes were really good. A little tip: don't hesitate to book to be sure of getting a table.

24/02/2026: A magical experience in an authentic setting. My partner and I came last night. We discovered this place a few years ago, and nothing has changed. The service was seamless and impeccable from the entire team. The cuisine is sumptuous; creativity and flavor are on full display, a surprise with every bite. From beginning to end, it was an exceptional experience. We wish we could have shared it with the chefs in the kitchen. Thank you; these moments make us so happy. And as my partner and I would say: Eating is life! A big thank you!

Each dish is prepared with fresh, local ingredients, which is immediately apparent in the flavors: authenticity, quality, and creativity are all present. The service is simply exceptional: attentive, warm, and professional from start to finish. You truly feel pampered. It was so good that we went back a second time that same week… and enjoyed it just as much! A must-try in Saint-Lary that I wholeheartedly recommend.

21/02/2026: Passing through St. Lary for a hen weekend with my girlfriends! A visit to the ICC was a MUST! Why? A fantastic atmosphere guaranteed! Amazing tapas! And staff always attentive to their customers! A special shout-out to our wonderful Pascaline!!! All the best to you both, and we'll definitely be back very soon!
