Simply the best restaurant in Saint-Lary. It was truly excellent – ​​superb culinary skill – discreet and responsive service – the decor enhances the ambiance – outdoor seating is available. In short, I highly recommend it.

I highly recommend it. We had an excellent dinner. Explosions of flavor in every bite. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Thank you for the warm welcome. We will definitely be back.

Excellent dishes, beautifully presented. Thank you to the chef! It's a shame this pleasant experience was spoiled by an unpleasant waiter, from the initial welcome (a smile would have been appreciated) to his manner of responding to customers. His lack of respect for customers was very poor, and he was unwelcoming to those with intolerances or allergies (even though he had mentioned it when making the reservation).

An excellent restaurant that I highly recommend for its quality and thoughtful menus rooted in local traditions. The cuisine combines regional flavors with impeccable service. I suggest the €48 set menu with a local aperitif. Very good and very clean.

23/07/2026: I highly recommend this crêperie. A wide variety of choices. Excellent galettes and crêpes! High-quality products. Very friendly staff. Come without hesitation!
21/07/2026: A very warm welcome, and what can I say about the galettes and crêpes – they were absolutely delicious! During our 5-day stay in Saint-Lary, we went there 3 times! When you love something, you don't count the cost! I highly recommend this establishment if you're staying in Saint-Lary.
