Traditional regional cuisine, made with local produce, served in generous portions. Simple and welcoming atmosphere and service. Short but interesting wine list. A minor drawback: the cheese, which lacked flavor (a shame given the abundance of high-quality cheeses in the region). The same goes for the bread. Free parking is available in front of the restaurant (but be aware that spaces are somewhat limited). A good place for a relaxed and enjoyable dinner at a reasonable price.

The meal was excellent; we had the €48 set menu. The presentation was beautiful and the taste wonderful. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're ever in St. Lary.
