La Gourmandiere sur Carignan

Everything was good. Beautiful place to eat with a good atmosphere, incredibly friendly service, and importantly: the food is super tasty. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that English isn't really spoken, making it difficult to understand everything at times, though they do try their very best.

Lovely dinner for just the two of us for our 5th wedding anniversary. Very thoughtful, incredibly delicious, and a very nice terrace. Highly recommended!

We had lunch outside. The terrace and setting are very pleasant. We felt very comfortable there. The service was very professional and the menus refined. I would gladly return.

The servers are incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. An incredible establishment that truly deserves its reputation. We had a wonderful time celebrating two family birthdays. The cuisine is very creative; each dish is carefully prepared and original, and the staff is pleasant and attentive. We had a truly lovely experience. We will be back.

Excellent, both in terms of cuisine and the welcome and service. Special mention goes to the head waiter, who was efficient, friendly, and discreet all at once. As for the dishes, the crispy sweetbreads were exceptional, the langoustine tartare perfectly executed, and the desserts were delicious. We also found the return of the cheese trolley featuring iconic cheeses from the Northeast. The cuisine is modernized, and the service is perfectly paced. Finally, the wine list is surprisingly extensive, and the daily champagne is reasonably priced. A must-try and rather surprising find in Carignan.
