A magical experience in an authentic setting. My partner and I came last night. We discovered this place a few years ago, and nothing has changed. The service was seamless and impeccable from the entire team. The cuisine is sumptuous; creativity and flavor are on full display, a surprise with every bite. From beginning to end, it was an exceptional experience. We wish we could have shared it with the chefs in the kitchen. Thank you; these moments make us so happy. And as my partner and I would say: Eating is life! A big thank you!

A restaurant that is both exquisitely refined and incredibly delicious. Each dish is prepared with fresh, local ingredients, which is immediately apparent in the flavors: authenticity, quality, and creativity are all present.
The service is simply exceptional: attentive, warm, and professional from start to finish. You truly feel pampered.
It was so good that we went back a second time that same week… and enjoyed it just as much! A must-try in Saint-Lary that I wholeheartedly recommend.

Excellent, almost gourmet experience. The food and service were top-notch, the servers were excellent and attentive, and the decor, with its warm, wood-paneled feel, perfectly suited to the mountains.
ANCV holiday vouchers accepted in February 2026, a big plus.
If I had to find one area for improvement, it would be the toilets: a hole in the wall and a cheap plastic toilet seat.

A real treat!!
What value for money! Enjoying a full meal with such excellent ingredients right in the middle of a ski resort is truly incredible.
Refined and generous cuisine, very friendly and professional staff, a beautifully decorated and welcoming setting… We will definitely be back on our next trip!
