Spectacular food, highly recommended place. The St. Jacques carpaccio was excellent, the avocado with crispy prawns was simple but delicious, the sea bass was cooked to perfection with a fantastic citrus cream, and the beef sweetbreads in sauce were spectacular. Definitely worth repeating. €55 per person, but it's well worth it.

I've been coming to Bayonne for a long time, but I'd never eaten at La Grange before. What a wonderful discovery! An excellent restaurant that I highly recommend!!!
Everything is absolutely delicious, high-quality cuisine made with fresh ingredients. You can tell there's a very talented chef behind the stove. And on top of that, the welcome is warm and attentive.
