La Grange a Pains sur Saint-Jean-De-Luz

24/08/2026: We came as a group of three on Sunday, August 23rd, around 7:30 PM. My sister ordered a "small sundae with caramel sauce," and when we collected our desserts (which were served later), we saw that it had been put in a small McCafé cup—the smallest size, really. I went to the counter and showed them the receipt, and the staff told me they supposedly didn't have the small sundae cups anymore. I understand, but we paid the same price as everyone else, so shouldn't we get the same portion? I took a picture of the "small sundae" from the internet; it was labeled as such. The staff told me that what I was showing them was a sundae. I explained that every small sundae we've had at different McDonald's restaurants has never been served in that small cup. They finally remade it for me, but the cup was only half full. I think they were just trying to get me to leave. I don't understand, I show a photo with "small sundae" written underneath, and they say I'm showing a normal-sized sundae?? We pay €2.80 to get the usual quantity, not less because they're out of tubs.
