La Grange du Faubourg sur Dourdan

11/04/2026: La Fleur de Sel is a lovely little restaurant with a soft and refined decor. Thank you to the lady who greeted us; the timing of the courses was perfect despite the restaurant being quite busy, and she demonstrated true professionalism towards everyone. The meal was delicious, and we will gladly return.

08/03/2026: I prefer simpler dishes, but the people I took with me were delighted.
