La Grenouille du Marais sur Morzine

Fantastic welcome, magical setting. The omelet was delicious. The restaurant is located in Super Morzine, very easy to get to. A mountain biking paradise. Lots of English mountain bikers. The restaurant's interior is beautiful, with wood and lovely decor. It must be lovely in winter! With the fireplace... highly recommended. Thank you.

Everything was perfect! The owner gave us a very warm welcome, and the servers were incredibly kind. Lunch was delicious. The sunny location was fantastic. The view was magnificent! We had a wonderful time and will gladly return!

By far our best experience of the week in the Avoriaz resort. Lovely waiter (thanks Mickael!), excellent home-style cooking, beautiful traditional chalet. We'll be back every year now!

I stopped at Les Grenouilles du Marais in Morzine for a quick drink before heading home. It's a self-service place, so there's no table service, but the bar staff are really friendly and the servers clearing the tables are also very pleasant. There's no Wi-Fi (the famous "take a break mate"), but the atmosphere is fantastic, right in the middle of the slopes just above Super Morzine. We arrived too late and Super Morzine was closed, so it was impossible to ski back down. The seasonal staff at the bar kindly offered us a ride down in their van, which was a really nice gesture. Great atmosphere and a wonderful memory.
