The setting was very welcoming, with ample space between the tables providing a pleasant sense of intimacy. The kidneys were cooked to perfection, and the steak tartare was generous, made with high-quality, well-seasoned meat. The organic wine we tried was perfect with our order. Good value for money in our opinion.

I came with my family and we had a wonderful time. The establishment is welcoming, clean, and has a pleasant atmosphere. We received excellent service and the meal was delicious, made with high-quality ingredients and well-prepared. A great place in Saint-Dizier, I highly recommend it.

15/05/2026: The food and service were very good. The dishes were very tasty and very generous.
10/05/2026: We had a lovely time, mainly thanks to Killian (the 3 stars are for him because the other two waiters were a disaster: the young man who pushed everyone and even hit my mother-in-law on the head with a plate without apologizing, and the incredibly unpleasant lady...). The food deserves its 5 stars; the meat was cooked to perfection, and the dishes were very good.

05/05/2026: A one-night stop during our road trip: our motorcycles were safely stored 👌👌 Dinner wasn't offered (we were informed of this when booking due to an exceptional closure), but there are several restaurants nearby. However, breakfast wasn't provided (we only found out upon arrival), but they did provide us with everything we needed to start our day well in our room.
13/04/2026: Welcoming hotel. Comfortable rooms and very friendly staff.
