Passing through St. Dizier, I discovered this restaurant with its very pleasant air-conditioned dining room, until the doors were permanently open in 38°C heat. The food is generally of good quality and well-prepared, but unfortunately, the pizzas—generous doesn't necessarily mean abundant cheese, as they were too greasy and very difficult to digest. The staff is very professional and friendly; let's hope the day of our visit was an exception in terms of the palpable tension due to the rush. The kitchen is too open to the dining room, creating a racket, especially with the chef's bell sending his poor, and in my opinion, insufficient, servers running around. A shame.

We received a wonderful welcome with our assistance dogs. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond, and the dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. I will definitely be back.

We were very disappointed with our experience on Saturday evening, August 8th. We were a table of seven and waited almost two hours between the appetizer and the main course. The wait was far too long. As for the dishes, we were also very disappointed: the calf's head was bland and very fatty, and the tournedos, ordered rare, arrived overcooked—it was like shoe leather. And as for the scallops with leeks, I'm still looking for the leeks… For a bill of over €330 for seven people, we expected a decent level of service. I asked for a small gesture of goodwill given the wait and the poor quality of the food. The response was simply: "I can't." It's a real shame, because a gesture would at least have shown that our dissatisfaction was being taken seriously. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will not be returning.

Excellent food, great atmosphere. Very reasonable prices and the service is really excellent.
