I will always cherish this place. It was a haven of peace between lunches where I learned to appreciate tea, thanks to the advice of the owner. Simple and delicious dishes. A welcome like few others. 02/05/2026: We were blown away by the food, from the appetizers to the desserts. The dishes were beautifully presented, and the meat and fish were cooked to perfection. The French toast with salted caramel butter was absolutely delicious. A huge congratulations, we'll be back!

01/04/2026: We went there for the open house for my son, who wants to become a waiter. We received a very warm welcome from a student who gave us a tour of the kitchens, classrooms, and other facilities. We also had the opportunity to chat with some of the other students. The apprentices all greeted us. Their professionalism is immediately apparent. The setting is magnificent, in a castle that has retained its charm. We highly recommend it!
