What a wonderful discovery! A very warm welcome, attentive and professional service, and incredible cuisine! The foie gras is to die for, the meat is of high quality, and the gratin dauphinois is absolutely superb… In short, if you don't know this charming restaurant, don't hesitate!

The service was welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the savory crepes (not galettes, sadly). Most were covered in a béchamel sauce that was as unwelcome as it was excessively peppery. And this béchamel wasn't even listed in the crepe ingredients. Prices are typical of Paris. We won't be returning.

06/09/2024: What to say????? That nothing has changed since our last visit 5 years ago (before, we went to Lourmarin, every year and to the counter, almost every day!) Excellent fresh cuisine, impeccable welcome, breathtaking culinary flavors, more than normal prices, really not the tourist trap, if you pass by there, the stop is MANDATORY and it's a 66 year old chef who tells you that!
06/09/2024: Great establishment, very friendly welcome, the waiters are present and the service is fast Original and hearty salads as well as desserts I highly recommend this restaurant

19/01/2026: Superb experience, a warm welcome and wonderful food. Homemade foie gras for starters, mussels marinière for me and a fantastic omelet for my sweetheart 👌
30/12/2025: While visiting Lourmarin with our family, we had a wonderful meal at Gaby's. Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the food and desserts. The prices are very reasonable.
