Refined cuisine where you can taste the chef's passion in every dish. Impeccable, attentive, and well-paced service. The owners' warm welcome makes the experience even more enjoyable. Special mention for the Caribbean touches in the dishes and the Haitian rum tasting!

A 5-star evening. We enjoyed a 7-course menu, each course as surprising as the last. Delicious and beautifully executed. I highly recommend it for a truly exceptional experience! The wine and rum pairings were also very well thought out.

I had a wonderful meal. The menu was beautifully balanced. Each dish sat on its own and made me smile. I didn’t take it, but the rum pairing with the menu looked amazing. I had a rum to close my off my meal and it was delicious. Highly recommended.

Excellent chef and superb cuisine.
However, the waitress seemed overwhelmed by having to manage seven tables simultaneously; the wines were served hastily, without explanation, like cheap cafeteria wines. What a shame!

Dined here for lunch and exceptional value given the quality of the food and service. Wonderful wines served by the glass and we look forward to returning soon to enjoy the dinner experience and this restaurant is a world away from some of the tourist traps in central Paris

As a couple, magnificent. Not a single fault in taste, from start to finish. Very, very talented. Bravo chef. You knew how to adapt to my wife who doesn't eat fish! To do again, obviously.
