I love the concept of surprises, delicious and playful service, a gifted chef, a beautiful selection of daring and daring wines. A very good time ahead!

Bonne cuisine, mais quantité trop petite ! A titre de comparaison : la quantité du repas correspond à un menu enfant standard. L'entrée fait la taille d'un amuse-bouche standard, le plat fait la taille d'une entrée standard et le dessert fait la taille d'une boule de glace. A la fin du repas, il est très frustrant de payer l'addition tout en ayant encore faim !

Level, quality, remarkable finesse of each plate! Really, what a very nice surprise! And the service provided by Marlène is perfect, attentive, discreet, in just the right tone. The only small downside is the setting, quite cold and impersonal, a noise from the blower (the hoods?) too loud and incessant, apparently coming from the kitchen (and the location in a soulless dormitory area - a suggestion: it is necessary find another address)

Mixed experience, only one person to serve 20 place settings in a single tasting menu, it created a stressful atmosphere in a room where we are crowded. Nice cuisine, for the wine.. we are in evangelization/sectarianism: only natural wines ok, no problem.. and "in French wine of course", as if an AOP and a natural wine were incompatible. Originality is not an end in itself. The wines served with the menu are correct, even good, but only represent themselves and do not serve the cuisine. there is no menu, it is 50% out of stock and if it were available, it is disproportionate (50% Spain + Savoie + Loire).. In short, a quick side note, not too well done on the wine while the owner sommelier seems sincerely passionate and captivated -).. ..Too bad, I won't go back there

12 years that I spend there regularly for a pleasure each time renewed! Magnificent cuisine with quality products. And what about the food and wine pairings made with a magnificent selection of natural wines! Each time the culinary and wine discoveries delight me. Sitting at the bar overlooking the kitchen (my favorite place) up close to these friendly chefs and Marlène's welcoming smile! Do not hesitate ! Magnificent moment in perspective!

Encore un déjeuner d'anthologie, qualité des produits, cuissons parfaites, bonne humeur et convivialité, tout est là. Et toujours un choix de vins incroyable. Le meilleur rapport qualité/prix de Boulogne. Merci à toute l'équipe.
