An incredible experience, exceeding all my expectations! The dishes were perfect and expertly prepared, served in several courses, with subtle nods to the Caribbean that added a comforting and original touch. The discreet location gives the impression of dining in an apartment, and the staff is passionate and attentive. The rum tasting was a real bonus. A truly wonderful place for a special occasion. A must-try!

A 5-star evening. We enjoyed a 7-course menu, each course as surprising as the last. Delicious and beautifully executed. I highly recommend it for a truly exceptional experience! The wine and rum pairings were also very well thought out.

I had a wonderful meal. The menu was beautifully balanced. Each dish sat on its own and made me smile. I didn’t take it, but the rum pairing with the menu looked amazing. I had a rum to close my off my meal and it was delicious. Highly recommended.

Excellent chef and superb cuisine.
However, the waitress seemed overwhelmed by having to manage seven tables simultaneously; the wines were served hastily, without explanation, like cheap cafeteria wines. What a shame!
