A true GEM!!! What a wonderful surprise to have walked through the door of this establishment... Without a care in the world, in a simple yet delightful setting, we enjoyed a delightful array of small tasting plates, as delicious as they were beautiful! It's very good, no complaints. However, one lunchtime, for a set menu, the extra charge for a specific dish was not explained at all clearly. Of course, it was good, but the way it was presented was as if it were the price of the entire menu. In the end, it cost €190 for two people without wine for a "business" lunch, which wasn't planned at that level of expense. I would have thought it more appropriate to clearly state the total price of the menu when we ordered. Thank you

Machine à Coudes is a superb restaurant in Boulogne. Chef Rémi offers creative, precise cuisine full of personality. Each dish is a true delight. In the dining room, Marlène brings genuine warmth, sincere attentiveness, and a sense of service that makes the experience even more enjoyable. The wine selection is remarkable, and the choice of exceptional rums is simply impressive. A wonderful professional rapport is evident between them; each excels in their role. A truly welcoming restaurant that one returns to with pleasure and that deserves a Michelin star!

A magnificent meal with unexpected flavors. We embarked on a superb culinary journey; the cuisine was inventive, delicate, and flavorful, accompanied by responsive and attentive service. From the amuse-bouches to dessert, everything was refined and expertly executed. The rum pairing was a brilliant idea, featuring an excellent selection of rums.

A calm atmosphere allowed us to have a wonderful time with very friendly and professional service. The spoon, not the Georgette, is in every dish! The cuisine is very original with many combinations, but the crab with translucent Colonnata lard was a marvel! Well done, and keep up the good work!

Excellent service and food, varied ingredients, crunchy touches, sauce used with moderation and when it fits. However I do have a remark: I find that the portions are just too small even with respect to similar restaurant categories. There is a limit to how small it can be because in a couple of cases (the cod in particular, and one starter) it was so small that it was hard to even feel the taste and enjoy it. It’s a bit of a pity because it spoils the experience and otherwise it would be excellent.

La Machine à Coudes has become one of my favorite spots in Boulogne! The atmosphere is friendly, the welcome is always warm, and the food is excellent! You can tell they pay real attention to the quality of the ingredients and the preparation of the dishes. The restaurant's biggest strength is its excellent value for money. The prices are very reasonable, and the quality is consistently high. I highly recommend it and I always enjoy going back!
