Excellent service and food, varied ingredients, crunchy touches, sauce used with moderation and when it fits.
However I do have a remark: I find that the portions are just too small even with respect to similar restaurant categories.
There is a limit to how small it can be because in a couple of cases (the cod in particular, and one starter) it was so small that it was hard to even feel the taste and enjoy it. It’s a bit of a pity because it spoils the experience and otherwise it would be excellent.

La Machine à Coudes has become one of my favorite spots in Boulogne!
The atmosphere is friendly, the welcome is always warm, and the food is excellent!
You can tell they pay real attention to the quality of the ingredients and the preparation of the dishes.
The restaurant's biggest strength is its excellent value for money. The prices are very reasonable, and the quality is consistently high.
I highly recommend it and I always enjoy going back!

Excellent restaurant! We had the 7-course tasting menu with a house cocktail and rum as a digestif, and everything was excellent from start to finish.
The restaurant also offered great alternatives (for pregnant women).

A truly wonderful discovery! Everything was perfect: from the quality of the food to the impeccable cleanliness of the place. You can immediately sense the professionalism of the team.
