The welcome was adequate, but I felt the atmosphere wasn't warm at all. The servers seemed rather uninterested in their work.
The starter was very pretty, but it was only meant to be admired. The ingredients were barely prepared, just chopped and placed on the plate. What a shame!
Then I chose the baby squid, which I thoroughly enjoyed (remember to serve this dish on a warm plate to prevent your generous portion from getting cold too quickly). As for the dessert, I have little to say. It was very average.

Excellent cuisine. The dishes are well-crafted, the flavors balanced, and the result is a departure from the ordinary while still showcasing the region's finest ingredients.
Pleasant and efficient service.
The dining room lacks a certain warmth, and the decor—rather cold with its white tiles and walls—doesn't quite live up to the quality of the food. However, this should be more than compensated for by the terrace in the summer.
Excellent value for money.

Passing through the area, we stopped at this restaurant somewhat by chance.
We ordered an aperitif, a main course with a glass of wine, and a coffee.
Ten minutes after we started our aperitif, the main courses were served almost cold.
We were therefore forced to ask for them to be reheated.
After mentioning to the waiter that we would have preferred to enjoy our aperitif in peace, he apologized, which didn't stop him from forgetting our glasses of wine and the bread.
A rather poor service for this type of restaurant.
Despite this, the staff was pleasant.

A major drawback in the kitchen. Too many seeds in the dishes!
Furthermore, for my main course, I ordered a rare steak with mashed potatoes and a side of sautéed carrots and turnips. The turnip was cold. I mentioned it. When I got my plate, the turnip was hot, but my steak was cooked to medium-rare...
